Alpine Yeast was founded to give brewers and cidermakers direct access to selected dry yeast strains, backed by complete technical data rather than a marketing sheet. We're based in Klagenfurt, Austria, and supply producers across Austria, Slovenia, and Serbia.
What we supply
Six beer strains and two cider strains, each isolated for a specific flavour and fermentation profile — from clean, neutral lagers to expressive Belgian and English ale yeasts, plus fast and slow-fermenting cider strains.

Every strain in the catalog ships with its complete microbiological analysis, performance data, dosage and rehydration instructions, and flavour profile — no guesswork required before you pitch.
